Who We Are
Families of Adams is the parent-teacher organization (PTO) for Adams Elementary School, a Pre-K 3 to 6th grade neighborhood St. Louis Public School. Our goal is to support our students and staff throughout the year and to build community together.
The attendance zone for Adams Elementary goes from the north side of Flora Place in the Shaw neighborhood, north through Botanical Heights, Forest Park Southeast, The Grove and the Central West End.

Adams Elementary School is a neighborhood school of St. Louis Public Schools (SLPS) in the Forest Park Southeast / Grove area. As a neighborhood school, all children in grades Kindergarten to Sixth who live in the attendance zone are welcome to enroll, no application, lottery or testing needed.
Adams also offers free preschool for children ages 3 and 4 through the SLPS Early Childhood Education (ECE) Program. To register for preschool at Adams Elementary, you can sign up through the ECE office.
